A racing car is a car that is suitable for competitive circuit use. That means that there are facilities in the car such as an FIA approved roll cage, special fuel tank, automatic fire extinguisher and switchable from outside, 4, 5 or 6 point seat belts, racing seat (s). A racing car often also has no license plate, simply because the car is not allowed to drive on public roads. The owner or driver of the car is in possession of a racing license.
I agree with a validation of my input by the Board. Should it turn out that my car does not meet the criteria for free access then I will still have to pay the entrance fee or refrain from participation.
